Mental and physical health are the primary issues facing many people today. We aim to equip our students with the tools to manage their mental and physical health. 

Students journal their moods daily in a mental wellness app, and engage once a week in lessons dealing healthy minds and bodies.

Counselling and mentorship structures are built in to ensure students have the support they need at any time.
